He holds a Master of Accountancy from Southwest Missouri State University (USA ) and has been a trusted advisor in the financial sector. Throughout his professional journey, Khalid has worked with leading financial institutions such as Samba Financial Group and Saudi British Bank, contributing to financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He also served as a Senior Trainer at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), where he played a key role in shaping the next generation of finance professionals. Khalid has published several articles in Accountancy Magazine and research papers in the Journal of American Academy of Business, Cambridge, focusing on audit, financial disclosure, and management accounting. His work on Activity-Based Costing and financial disclosure in Saudi Arabia has contributed valuable insights to the industry.

Mohamed has over 23 years of experience in internal auditing, enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) transformation, and strategy optimization. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing business performance, optimizing GRC processes, and driving strategic success for more than 100 entities in the MENA and GCC regions. Mohamed has led transformative projects in internal audit strategy, ERM, forensic investigations, and fraud prevention, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and financial integrity for over 100 organizations. His work has been instrumental in shaping risk frameworks, governance policies, and assurance practices that promote sustainable success. His impressive tenure includes leading high-profile projects and serving as a trusted advisor for many Gulf governmental bodies, particularly known for his strategic contributions to entities like the Financial Audit Authority in the Dubai Government and State Audit Institutions across the GCC, along with extensive experience in law enforcement bodies and audit authorities

Eng. Ghalib AlRuwaili - COO and Co-Founder
Ghaleb holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the United States and has over 18 years of experience managing industrial and real estate projects and reviewing operating systems. He held the position of assistance Director of Facilities and Guarantees at the American Bank SAMBA for several years, and then held the position of Project Manager at the National Housing Company for residential projects, including developing plans and building residential units in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. He was a key member of the Building Materials Approval Committee. He holds several professional certificates, including an MBA, OSHA, PMP, RMP, and ICBB.
